• Calendly: name, email address and information provided when scheduling an appointment, used solely for appointment management.

Legal basis: consent (Article 6.1.a GDPR) for Google Analytics; performance of a contract (Article 6.1.b) for Calendly.

Retention period: Analytics data is retained for a maximum of 14 months. Calendly data is retained for the duration necessary to manage the business relationship.
