Data collected and purposes:
- Cloudflare Web Analytics: cookieless audience measurement with no personally identifiable data (visited page, anonymous traffic source, browser type, country). IP addresses are anonymised server-side by Cloudflare, with no raw IP retention. No cross-site tracking, no sharing for advertising or profiling purposes.
- Calendly: name, email address and information provided when scheduling an appointment, used solely for appointment management.
Legal basis: legitimate interest (Article 6.1.f GDPR) for Cloudflare Web Analytics audience measurement, which qualifies for a consent exemption under Article 82 of the French Data Protection Act; performance of a contract (Article 6.1.b) for Calendly.
Retention period: audience measurement data is retained for a maximum of 6 months. Calendly data is retained for the duration necessary to manage the business relationship.
Your rights: under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, delete, restrict processing, data portability and object to processing. You can exercise these rights by writing to saber.graf@sg-ai-solutions.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL.
6. COOKIES
This website uses no cookies and stores no information on your device. The audience measurement tool in use, Cloudflare Web Analytics, is entirely cookieless.
In accordance with the French CNIL doctrine on trackers (Article 82 of the French Data Protection Act), this tool qualifies for a consent exemption as it meets the criteria for strictly necessary and confidential audience measurement. No consent banner is therefore required. For more details, see our privacy policy.
